Reward coins

A thank-you on every eligible payment. Coins are a loyalty reward, not money, and are tracked separately from your payments.

Ways to earn

Get coins on eligible successful recharges and bill payments. The app shows the coins before you pay.

Get bonus coins when you join SmartEasyPay.

Share your referral code from the app. When a friend signs up with it, you get referral coins.

Look out for offers in the app and in notifications for extra coins.

Your coin history in the app lists every change with its date, the reason, and the transaction it belongs to, so your balance always adds up.

Earned: from a payment, the welcome bonus or a referral.
Used: when you redeem coins.
Reversed: if a payment that earned coins is refunded, those coins are taken back.
Expired: coins that pass their expiry date. [Set expiry period.]

Coins have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
There is no wallet: you always pay through the payment gateway, and coins are kept separately.
How many coins a payment earns, and how coins can be used, is shown in the app and may change. [Describe redemption options.]
Coins earned through misuse, fake accounts or fraud may be removed.
