How do I sign in?
With your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. There is no password to remember.
What happens if a payment fails?
If money was taken and the recharge or bill payment failed, the full amount is refunded to the account, card or UPI ID you paid from.
Is there a wallet?
No. Every payment goes through our payment gateway, and refunds go back to your source. Reward coins are a separate loyalty reward.
